What type of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and PayPal.

How do pre-orders work?

Certain new titles will be available for purchase before its official release date. If you decide to pre-order an item, you will be charged upon checkout. Depending on which format you purchased, either the physical copy will be delivered by the release date or the download link that was emailed to you will become active.

What shipping methods do you offer?

Currently all orders are shipped by the United States Postal Service.
All international orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. On international orders, please allow for 2-4 weeks before delivery of all parcels. Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost and it will be collected upon delivery from the carriers for certain packages. These charges are recipient’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for the packages. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.

How long will it take to receive my order?

It usually takes between 7-10 business days for your shipment to arrive.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Please note: international shipments may incur additional customs fees (not included in our freight quotes). These fees vary based on destination and are solely the responsibility of the customer.

How does free shipping work?

Free shipping is available for orders shipped within the United States and United Kingdom only. Free shipping minimum amount for non-US currencies are based on U.S. dollar equivalent. Free shipping is calculated using the price of the product only; any tax applied does not qualify. Rockabye Baby reserves the right to choose the most suitable shipping option based on the weight and destination of the order. Offer cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders.

I received the wrong CD, or I received a duplicate order! What now?
