National Sleep Comfort Month Playlist

We probably don't have to tell you how much we love a good snooze here at Rockabye Baby. Naps are our thing. I, for one, can take a nap just about anywhere: planes, speeding vehicles, in a wagon of hay, in a tree. . .  You name it, I can nap there.

See, I even took a nap during my own prom way back when . . . had to charge up for bowling after the dance!

And I have a real knack for effortlessly being able to fall asleep any time after 8:00 pm.  It's almost like I become narcoleptic and pass out once the sun goes down. If you asked my friends, they'd tell you I have a tendency to just leave a room when I'm feeling tired and head off to bed without a word. I'm not being rude, my body is just shutting off and I have a limited amount of time to make it to my bed. So, yeah, I love my naps and I love my sleep. I am without a doubt getting in the recommended eight hours every day.
